NEW PRODUCTS: Lithium Batteries for your Gate, UPS, Inverter, Alarm and Camping

Upgrade your old Alarm / Gate / UPS batteries with Lithium Batteries from Extreme Lights

Using 12v 100Ah sealed lead acid batteries with a small inverter or UPS is not ideal. They are not meant for regularly handling high current and being discharged deeply. Even deep cycle batteries will only cycle 220 times if drained to 80% each time. Only using 50% capacity will increase the cycles to between 400 and 700. But when they are frequently drained (like during load shedding), or placed under high load like a UPS or Inverter places on them, often until the inverter cuts out, then they are basically internally damaged over time, and you will find that you need to replace them very often as they now longer hold charge for long.

Inverter / UPS / Camping / Loadshed / Solar Lithium Battery (1kWh @ 12v)

This lithium iron phosphate battery on the other hand, has a high cycle rate of 2000 cycles, it can handle high discharge currents (Max 80A), and the internal battery management system (BMS) protects the battery from overcharging, or discharging too low and a short circuit.

This simply means our lithium battery replacement should last 10 times longer than the typical sealed lead acid (SLA) battery it is replacing.

Other advantages of these Lithium batteries are that there are no fumes, the self-discharge rate is only 3.5% per month (SLA will drain itself dead in 12 months), the batteries weight 9.4kg vs the 28kg average weight of a 12v 100Ah SLA battery, and they can be charged and discharged faster (at higher current).

FEATURES:

- Ultra safe lithium iron phosphate (LifePO4) cells
- Integrated battery management system (BMS)
- Light weight versus SLA equivalent
- Water and dust resistant (IP55)
- Highly durable sealed plastic enclosure
- Drop-in lead acid replacement (small UPS, inverter, solar battery, camping battery)
- Sealed and non-liquid (No fumes, no leaking, mount in any position)

Alarm / Gate / UPS Lithium Battery Upgrade (12v 7Ah SLA Alternative)

12v 7Ah sealed lead-acid (SLA) batteries are typically installed in small electronics that require backup power, like alarm systems and gate motors, but they are not ideal for regularly handling high current, and being discharged often or discharged too low. Thus when they are frequently drained (like during load shedding), they are easily damaged, and you will find that you need to replace them quite often.

This lithium iron phosphate battery on the other hand has a high cycle rate (2000 cycles, versus 200 to 400 cycles of an SLA battery), it can handle higher current, and the internal battery management system protects the battery from overcharging or discharging too low.

That simply means this lithium battery replacement should last 10 times longer than the typical SLA battery it is replacing.

FEATURES:
- Ultra safe lithium iron phosphate (LifePO4) cells
- Integrated battery management system (BMS)
- Light weight and compact
- Water and dust resistant (IP55)
- Highly durable sealed plastic enclosure
- Drop-in lead acid replacement (gate motors, alarm systems, small electronics)
- Sealed and non-liquid (No fumes, no leaking, mount in any position)
